The Electronic Document Security Management System Research And Implementation In Enterprise Network

With the rapid development of science and technology, the humanity has entered into the new world of information era in the 1990s. In order to achieve the maximization of business efficiency, and comprehensively improve the competitiveness of enterprises, modern enterprise as an important element in the economic field, also actively engage in the new technological revolution, where electronic information technology as the core. Not only the intranet established in succession, making the information system gradually become the neural network of government and enterprise this complex system, moreover office automation constantly to be popularized and applied, and the electronic document number is also increasing, many companies even stored more than 90% of the information electronically in enterprise network. It can be said that electronic document security is the core of information security. Compared with this, security problem which all these bring are becoming increasingly important, namely electronic documents security management problems in enterprise network. This project proposed thereby, and carried based on file security requirements of the power engineering company, has certain research value.This paper focuses on research and analysis of the access control technology, especially, role-based access control (RBAC) model, and applies the main ideas of representative RBAC96 model and ARBAC97 model, has mainly solved access control requirements of the enterprise network electronic documents security management. With power engineering documents security management needs as the background, this paper has preliminarily designed and realized intranet online electronic document security management system major functions based on the B/S structure. The paper discusses according to the concrete software development process, that including system requirements analysis, the overall design of the system, system's detailed design and related database design, the system test and analysis of system, finally summarizes the paper main work.
