Design And Realization Of Security Document Management System

With the development of the network and IT technology , government ,enterprises and people use computers to store data more and more.They also use network to transfer and exchange their important information.Begin of being handled and transferred,these information stores in the single-computer,server and many client in network with electronic document form. So the security of electronic documents becomes to be the most important condition of information security.In order to ensuring the information and data in computer system not to be destructed, changed and revealled by accident or malicious reason, the electronic documents must be stored securely.It means we must ensure the Secrecy, integrity, usability, authenticity of electronic documents.The final goal of using electronic documents is making use of information,so we must ensure that the electronic documents are controllable at the same time.So the control of user's access to electronic documents becomes to be important content of information security.In order to control user's access to shared information,it must to establish strategies for information share and protection,identity authentication,authorization and access control at first.Also it must to encrypt data and manage the key of encryption algorithm.So the people not be authorized can't access the information not be authorized.It ensures security of information.This paper design and realize a secure document management system basing on the technology of One-time Password, Role-base access control,data encryption and digital signature.It realize the usability,security,secrecy,reliability,integrality and irreversibility of data.
