The Design And Development Of The Construction Project Progress Forecasting Management System For Dongli District

During the traditional process of project,all the actions of the creation of project, plan of project,the actual progress of the project and some technical data between departments are primarily depended on the paper log files. Further more,those log files of different projects are independently.As lack of management as a whole,the project process annals are disordered. So the data noted in the log files mostly can not describe the actual evolvement of projects,yet can not offer evidence for the project analysis,summarize and project schedule forecasting in after days. In order to improve the disordered status of progress of the project, we designed this software to manage all the projects,and also provide help for project managers in the aspects of project managements.The system is mainly to solve the prediction of Dongli area highway construction project scheduling problem. The system uses C/S framework,.Net platform and SQL Server as the software development environment, joined the Gantt chart, using the C#programming language programming software system.It is used to achieve creating a project plan, tracking actual progress of the project, querying different projects,forecasting the project schedule and collect all departments real-time information.The system according to the software engineering methods, we conducted a demand analysis at first, and then use of UML object-oriented technology,designed the overall system.Then the system is divided into nine modules,which are users management module, query module, project technology department management module, planning management module, test management module, quality inspection department management module, security management module, machinery and materials management module and system management module.Also we do the detail design included the function module design, interface design, database design for the major module. Project Progress Predicting Management System, from project creation, project schedule, Gantt chart, the actual progress to the real-time information of all departments, all of these actions are managed in a unitized way, and presented to the users clearly.Detailed information which makes the project responsible person can grasp the whole project, so that they can predict the project schedule and make timely adjustments in the project changes and master project schedule and make reasonable adjustments in time.
