In the aspect of database, this paper uses the SQL SERVER2008, which has many advantages, such as fast speed, high rate of fault tolerance. In addition, the system uses the object-oriented technology in the overall design, which can design system function conveniently and quickly.Drug centralized purchasing transaction management system of Shandong province is designed in order to facilitate trade work, the system includes seven parts: inquiry management, purchasing plan management, enterprise confirm order management, internal order forwarding management, drug delivery, drug receiving management, returns management. The system completes the required functions of drug centralized purchasing transaction management of Shandong province based on the seven parts, implements the working process of the drug centralized purchasing transaction management.Drug centralized purchasing transaction management system finally achieves all the functions required for transaction management work. The implementation of the system has a great significance, to a great extent, it helps the staff to manage the trade on drug centralized purchasing.
