The Design And Implmentation Of Electric Marketing Company Operation System Based On Swing Technology

With the continuous development of information technology, the computer plays an important role in industry and daily life. A certain electric company is principally engaged in refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and other household appliances. Before the implementation of information management, this company’s business operates mainly by hand work, manual accounting, and manual delivery. It is inevitable that errors emerge. Otherwise, it is a puzzle to store, retrieve, and query information.To settle the problems above, based on the Eclipse development platform, taking advantage of the powerful database, MS SQL Server, we developed a set of information management system of electric equipment operation. The information management system mainly achieves the base information management, purchase management, sales management, inventory management, query statistics, system management. This management system can meet electrical company purchase, inventory, sales, statistics and other management requirements, and it reduces the wrong account, standardizes business management, tracks the whole process of business. A timely, efficient and convenient statistics can provide a scientific basis for corporate decision-making, and this will improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness.The whole developing procedure of this system consists of four parts:requirement analysis, system design, system code and system test. This paper firstly describes related technical background about the management system, and then involves in the related technologies:database technology, Swing technology, and coding technology, and then describes the network structure of the system and design of system architecture, describes the design process of software architecture and data structure. We finished the database modeling by using UML and PowerDesigner, analyzed the E-R chart about the relationship of the database tables. Then we developed each module of the system with the aid of Swing technology, Eclipse developing environment and Java language. Finally, the whole system was tested, and the advantages of the system were summarized and the need for improvement was proposed.
