Research And Analysis On Teaching Management System Of Computer Software Operation Course

Entering 21st century, the information technology has been developed rapidly, and the campus of information age is badly needed of improving information management level. Higher vocational and technical education in China from the former great leap forward development stage has entered such stage as heavy quality, mention connotation, size stabilization, and curriculum and teaching management of which is moving towards standardization and informatization, computer operating software courses (such as AutoCAD,3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Flash, etc.) in the Higher Vocational College professional courses and professional basic courses has been set up, video recording software in the teaching of such courses also has a large number of applications, but for such a course of teaching management information system, we need improvement and development. From above mentioned, take Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College as the study case, put forward software operation courses teaching management system of vocational college based on Web technology.This paper introduces the background of computer operating software curriculum teaching management system, project significance and current research and application, has identified the content and main work of the study. In business analysis, the paper of the original course Management system problems, teaching management organization, the original five business processes were analyzed, presents modified eight business process transformation; and in the functional analysis, the present paper uses cases and descriptions to clear system function, and to give the system’s overall function and sub-function package diagram package diagram, including user management, teaching project management, classroom teaching management, operations management, test management, performance management, resource management and curriculum management sub-theme discussions package diagram. In the data analysis, the paper data systems needed to deal with the various functions has carried out by analyzing the entity class diagram, has established 16 database table structures. Finally, the research and analysis work are summarized and looks forward to the further work in the future.Through the design of the teaching management system of computer software operating courses, by the means of information management system, improve the teaching process and we can have a real-time monitoring of teaching process and effect. We strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, students’ exchange, Update and abundant curriculum resources provide sustainable learning teaching resources etc. to improve the teaching effect.
