This paper carries on the analysis of the Chinese media culture "going out".TheChinese media culture "going out" development is the only way which must be passedto enhance phenomenon and trend of China’s cultural soft power.lt is also theeffective path to improve the communication ability and competitiveness. At present,the development of Chinese media culture is still in its initial stage,thus,there aremore difficulties in going out on the road.In order to overcome the shortage of theChinese media culture,we must analyze the factors restricting the development ofcultural industry in our country from the essence.The organic combination of the"going out" with "bringing in"is integrant.we should provide suggestions for theprosperity of media culture.Based on impedance and strategy research the Chinesemedia culture "going out’’,it will benefit the development practice of Chinese mediacultureThis line of research shows as fellows.Based on the existing relevant studiesabout media culture "going out",the paper begins to find the source and inflow ofChinese media culture,then analyzes profoundly our media culture “going out" forstatus and issues.After that,this thesis discussed strategy and priorities which adapt toour national conditions media culture"going out".Most previous studies have focusedon the cultural introduction.With the deepening of reform and opening up,“goingout"and become a growing trend.The paper conclude that the "going out" and’’bringing in’’ cultural trade are the two wheels anThe main point of this thesis are as below.(one) the history and the worldinfluence of Chinese media culture and the world influence demon dindispensable",through the analytical comparison of cultural "going out and’’bringingin".strates its origin and status;(two) Expounding strategy concerning Chinese mediaculture “”going-out through the analysing the priority and mode of media culture"going out";(three) From the current situation of Chinese media culture "going out",this thesis analysis resistance and strategy of the Chinese media culture deeply.
