In the earliest, motion control originated in the servo control, however, with the rapidlydevelopment of multi–disciplinary including the modern electronic technology the computertechnology and so on, the motion control technology has been used widely. Now Motioncontrol is the core of CNC and Robots. It is widely used in textiles, aerospace control, lasercutting machine tools and medical devices. The motion controller is the core part of themotion control system.The research background is the multi-axis motion control system performance testingproposed Power-Land Company, The dissertation based on “PC and motion control card”multi-axis motion control system, using MFC provided by VC++programming to achieve thefunction of WSDK system performance testing software.Using PC and motion control cardbe able to make full display their superiority. By analyzing and discussing the motion controlsystem performance and system frequency response, finally the program is given.The theoretical part of the main text is the control theory of this system, by analyzing thevarious control algorithms, Using Comparative integral integration and trapezoidalacceleration and deceleration is used for control the trajectory and speeds of control system,besides establish PID control algorithm, tuning the system parameters.The software design of this article is to achieve human-computer interface control, notonly meet all of the functional needs but also easy to operate and understand in the multi-axiscontrol system. The dissertation based on VC, combined with the motion controller designinteractive interface WSDK software that is experiments needed. WSDK servo softwaredesign can be easily adjusted and assessmented for users, Through this interface can betteranalyze the performance of the motion control system, improve the accuracy, fast andvisibility of this system. The software interface of this dissertation relates improve theshortcomings of the previous software, WSDK provide automatic PID adjusted to optimizethe performance, which provide of several adjustment methods for automatic adjustmentsystem and the load. Man-machine interface can realizes many functions, For example,parameters setting, manual and automatic regulation control, constantly simulating, tracking test and so on. To a certain extent achieve the improvement of the system performance by thetrack pattern on the interface.The main research contents include multi-axis motion control theory, the depth analysisof the motion controller and system hardware, be able to focus on research software, resultsand so on.
