With the advent of the era of industrial intelligent manufacturing 4.0,multi-axis motion control systems are widely used in various fields.This paper utilizes the high-speed and highprecision characteristics of the multi-axis motion control system to solve the problems of small processing area and low laser processing efficiency and accuracy of the traditional marking machine,and carries out the following three aspects of research.(1)The research on the application and implementation of motion control algorithms is carried out.One is the interpolation algorithm implementation,this paper after comparative analysis and considering the processing efficiency and accuracy,the choice of multi-axis interpolation of digital integration algorithm,has realized the interpolation of linear and circular arc;second is the acceleration and deceleration algorithm implementation,considering the stability of the platform processing,the choice of seven-segment S-type acceleration and deceleration algorithm,at the same time,in order to prevent the platform processing continuous micro line segment frequent start and stop and turning point speed abrupt change,S-type acceleration and deceleration for turning point constraints and forward planning processing.(2)Assist in carrying out the software and hardware design of the multi-axis motion control system for laser.In hardware,in order to make the system have stronger performance,the high-end FPGA chip is chosen as the main control chip of motion control.Then,we introduce and design the adapter card and the expansion axis card.The PCIE bus is also used as the communication method between the system,so that the system has better real-time performance.In software,the upper computer interface is designed based on Qt development,which contains four core function modules.(3)The design scheme of the system is verified by building a system experimental platform.The simulation of interpolation and speed is carried out on the multi-axis table,and the simulation results reach the expected target;The main functional tests of laser and oscillator:oscillator system communication protocol test,on light delay and off light delay test,etc.Due to delays in system-level testing caused by the epidemic,only preliminary testing is currently being conducted to validate for high-speed perforation.
