The ICT technology develops rapidly in China, and we have obtained a certain of achievement. However, for kinds of objective factors' limit, the ICT product's level of modularization, industrialization and standardized relative is still relatively low.Recently, the integrated control strategy is used widely in automatic control system of the ICT products. This kind of strategy not only requires high performance main control computer , but also takes a lot of disadvantages to the main control system about the layout of device and circuit, and also is disadvantageous to the system maintain. To simplify the complexity of the master control system, how to design a well performed, universal and extensible independent-axe controller for industrial CT, has become the most important task in standardization designing of industrial CT.In view of the above requirements, this paper firstly introduced the topic background and significance and then analyzed the characteristics of industrial CT motion control system.According to the problems resulting from integrated control in industrial CT machine automatic control system, The main control computer may only control linkage axis including translation axis, indexing shaft and Delamination axis, while other independent controlled axes chose the field bus control.In order to release the pressure of the ICT system's automatic control system at the maximum extent, this paper would be committed to completing the design of the independent-axis motion controller and achieve its engineering application. In the system configuration, this paper selected the PLC as the core of the controller, PLC combined the main computer to achieve control of the system. The main computer only completed communications with plc and sent commands to PLC and detected independent-axis status PLC completes the independent-axis control.So the independent-axis could separate from the main computer. The increase or decrease of the moving axes did not influence the commonality of the system's structure, but also could reduce the integration complexity of the control system.The industrial CT has the character of high precision to ensure the accuracy and quality of the image. So in order to get the optimal control parameters, the method of parameters adjustment on servo system panel was studied; Because of the field conditions, the impact of interference and hardware, system had the error of stable fluctuations. From the control strategy, feedforward control algorithm was used to achieve further optimization.what's more. To overcome the puzzle of lower control precision caused by parameters varying of the controlled object, the paper proposed a sort of predictive control algorithm based on BP neural network model. In the paper, it applied the predictive parameter of PID controller based on BP neural network on line to control the controlled object, finally the paper use Matlab / Simulink tool to verify the validity of the results. Finally taking a CT machine as a platform, the motion controller designed was tested in CT control system, the application effect indicated that the control device basically meet the performance requirements of industrial CT system.
