Globalization promotes the development of the world economy, also brought globaleconomic market revolution. The traditional business model is also changed toward multi-supplychain model. On the one hand, new operation of supply chain system has brought more revenue,on the other hand, the increasingly complex competition environment also has brought more risksfor the companies, which makes disruption event of supply chain occurred frequently and causehuge losses. Therefore an advanced system which can prevent such kind of disruption risk isessential.According to this situation above, based on the former achievement, disruption-risk-preventrobust control system is proposed to optimize the supply chain system and curb the influence ofdisruption risk factors effectively. The key points conclude:(1) Most of the present research about disruption risk prevention mechanism is concentrating onthe countermeasures during disruptions and after disruptions, which ignored that external riskfactors will influence supply chain system as soon as it finished. Although the loss can bereduced by risk management, but all the damage already occurred is irreparable. For thisreason, we put forward a supply chain design algorithm to against the external risk factors. Inthis algorithm both operation cost and risk cost is considered to realize the optimization.(2) This paper proposes a supply chain management system based on multi-model predictivecontrol, combining the characteristics of the supply chain system and optimizes managementalgorithm. A revision to the cost function and optimization objective is presented to ensurethe robustness and ensure our optimal solution minimized.(3) For serious disruption, we also use model switching, take full advantage of the characteristicsof the information-based and clustering, which can response as soon as risk disruptionsoccurred, and recovery at the top speed.The above three aspects respectively considered the process of risk factors and mechanismof internal and external structure also the recovery measures, coordinated each enterprise on thesupply chain, to realize the prevention of supply chain risk factors. Also a simulation based on Matlab&Simulink framework is established to prove theefficiency of our system. Simulation results illustrate that the system we proposed in this papercan effectively eliminate the impact occurred by risk factors and show good robustness.
