Abstract/Summary:
The global outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic in 2020 will have a significant impact on businesses,in which the development and growth of businesses is fraught with various opportunities and challenges.Especially for e-commerce enterprises,various anti-epidemic policies constrain the development of the trade economy,and how enterprises survive in this context poses a serious challenge to their strategic management.This paper uses the methods of literature research and case analysis to study the strategic management and development of China’s electronic trading enterprises in the post-epidemic era.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,it summarizes the research status of enterprise strategic management;Secondly,it elaborates the basic concepts and theoretical basis of this article,analyzes the concept of enterprise strategy and the relevant theories of strategic management,and introduces the strategic analysis tools such as SWOT,PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of the electronic trade industry in the post-epidemic era,expounds the impact of the post-epidemic era on the electronic trade-type enterprises,and makes an in-depth discussion with YEXUN Electronics as a case;on this basis,the strategic choice of China’s e-commerce enterprises is analyzed by SWOT analysis.Through the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of China’s electronic trading enterprises,it is believed that China’s electronic trading enterprises should adopt WO strategy,that is,disadvantages-opportunities strategy.Although the organizational structure of the enterprise has been optimized,and faced with the opportunities brought by the industrial structure adjustment,the change of the industrial wind direction and the readjustment of the industrial structure,the electronic trade enterprises still need to constantly supplement their own weaknesses to seize the opportunities of market expansion and technological innovation of electronic products,and become bigger and stronger,so as to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.Finally,by studying the data of enterprises and using the tools of graph and chart comparison to carry out practical analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of China’s electronic trade enterprises and predicts the future development trend of such enterprises,and puts forward several solutions according to the problems.
