With the fast development of computer science, network and communication technology,especially "the National Educational Technology Plan (2011-2020)" issued by the Ministry ofEducation, the university information technology has entered a stage of rapid development.Digital campus, as a landmark project of university information construction, has become animportant support platform promoting the modernization of education. Furthermore, it is anindispensable infrastructure of a university that improves the efficiency in school managementand teaching quality by providing a full range of personalized information services forstudents and staff, through the integration of information resources in the aspects of teaching,research ad management.By a prehensive analysis of the current situation of digital campus construction at homeand abroad, combined with the digital campus practice of Tibet University for Nationalities,the paper delivers a theory of digital campus on the basis of the theory of informationresource planning. In addition to the construction of basic infrastructure, ie, the campusnetwork, the environment of computer rooms, server and storage platforms, the paperdiscusses the building of software platform, including information standards, digital campussoftware infrastructure, business systems and data centers. Meanwhile, the paper teases outand reconstructs the core operating processes and data flow of the college.Nowadays, Digital Campus is in its infancy, and the construction of informationinfrastructure has been basically completed and will be put into practice and integration.Relying on the background of digital campus construction in Tibet University forNationalities, the paper highlights the basic model of digital campus in a general sense anddesigns the planning and construction of information resources, the center of shared dateplatform, which can be available for peer reference.
