The Method Of Digital Campus' Information Planning

Currently, digital technology has been widespread developed and applied in Chinese universities. Many universities are competing fiercely to develop digital technology. Education, research, management, campus life and educational philosophy are shifting towards to digitalization, intelligentization and information technology. However, due to various reasons, this rapid development has been inevitably exposed various problems which have a direct impact on the efficiency and process of the digital campus.I believe the existence and occurrence of the problems in a large extent are due to lack of digital campus information planning. Those problems should be focused and solved from source, namely planning level. In this regard, based on research, I used pragmatic methods of basic research which are investigation, analysis and solution. According the problems of digital campus construction, I discussed further to relevant theories and practices of digital campus information planning and introduced the basic contents and methods. The creativity of this paper is that it comes to the maladjustment basis of telecommunications project planning in today's information society according the comparison of information planning and telecommunications project planning. This paper both innovates and reserves original telecommunications project planning and extends and updates its methods and contents. This paper further concludes general methods of digital campus information planning.To begin with, this paper gives personal opinions and elaborates research methods and structures according to the analysis of digital campus construction both in China and abroad. It analyses key theories and developments of digital campus and forecasts and imagines the future development direction of digital campus. It takes telecommunications project planning of CaoTang Campus of Xi'AN University of Arch& Tech as an example, and reflects the missing and outdated parts of telecommunications project planning. In this regard, it concludes that it is imperative to construct digital campus. Moreover, this paper has a systematic research on two aspects: techniques and contents, methods and processes. It concludes to certain innovative and general information planning methods. This is the main part of this paper. Finally, it discusses and formulates the information planning of CaoTang Campus of Xi'AN University of Arch& Tech. It gives a detailed and operable "sample" of information planning and plans a comparative ideal "digital Cao Tang example".
