In these few years, China’s emergencies occur quite often. As civic awareness gets improved, responsibility of media gets better; these emergencies can be reported and discussed in a wide range, followed by more and more society reactions and actions in reality world. Guidance of public opinion in emergencies is becoming the focus point and difficulty in academic research.However, with the development of the Internet, the cyberspace is gradually becoming the biggest and fastest spread place of news and opinion, instead of traditional media. The two sides of Internet appear after the emergency breaks:it promotes the exchange of information; on the other hand, much more disorder information comes out. So, in front of the surge of public opinion in cyberspace, it is urgent and necessary to analysis the internal discipline of the emergencies’public opinion in cyberspace. This is not only the problem in Internet communication field, but also the need of the whole society.Based on the discussion of the emergency and its public opinion in cyberspace, we select the Social security emergencies as our research object, and propose the focus of the research:the research of the current condition of public opinion in Social security emergencies and its evolve feature. The research is conducted to make clear the general condition of public opinion in cyberspace and its development trend, and to discover the periodicity of public opinion in Social security emergencies with the analysis in some of remarkable Social security emergencies occurred this years. We try to discover the problems that government and citizens have in the process of the guidance of public opinion, and build a media platform for citizens and relevant people in the Social security emergencies.
