Multiple Input and Multiple Output technology, which uses multiple transmittingand receiving antennas to transmit and receive data, has become one of the keytechnologies in modern wireless communication with its advantage of largeimprovements in the Spectrum efficiency. This paper focuses on multi-user MIMOsystem with using the limited feedback information to access the multi-user diversity.And after that we analyze which scheduling algorithm we can use to make the basestation select a appropriate user group for data transmission.As for the fact that the scheduling algorithm PU2RC ignores the fairness of users inthe limited feedback system, we propose the unequal probability of Scheduling withRandom which tries to significantly improve the user fairness through reducing somethroughput while on the premise of guaranteeing the not obvious increase of computingcomplexity.Based on a random algorithm, the unequal probability of scheduling with randomalgorithm first re-allocate different scheduling chance according to the channel quality ofeach user and then select the user randomly. This not only considers the overall capacityof the system, but also take account of the fairness of random scheduling.Through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation verification, we concludethat the improved algorithm has been significantly ameliorated in terms of fairness, whileat the same time the computational complexity is not much on the increase and thethroughput is only slightly lower than PU2RC but enough to meet the requirements ofthe system data transmit rates.
