| With the rapid development of mobile networks, there are more convenient and morefast the way of handling the case for police officers. Public security organs and police officersuse the police mobile access application system to make the deep development and utilizationwith police information. Also, the system can be used with the police information in thedetection of cases, arresting fugitives, population and vehicles verification, combat and crimeprevention and other public security work, to improve the ability and level in maintainingstability, fighting crime, administration and service. The police mobile access applicationsystem also bring the improvement in the rapid response capability, integrated operationalcapability to meet the emergency, mobility and urgency request, provide effective measuresof information to create a harmonious and stable security environment.However, there are some problems. First, there are illegal users, illegal equipment,illegal use because of the lack of terminal security protection mechanisms to protect terminalsecurity and the user’s legitimacy. Second, the lack of security authentication in access, thereis no authenticated user, unauthenticated devices unauthorized access and other issues. At thesame time, due to the mobile network, the police sensitive information exists the risk of beingleaked or tampered during information transmission. Thus, there is new challenges inmaintain the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of police communication network information.In order to facilitate the police to carry out mobile office, supporting the work of police, theremust be a effective security mechanism to protect the safety of the police informationcommunication network as the operation of the police mobile access system.This paperfocuses on the system security issues in the mobile communication information system. a setof practical, effective security system method is proposed, according to the characteristics of public security work, which is a better solution for all aspects of the mobile police accesssecurity issues and mobile terminal adaptive problems.The system designed in this paper,achieve the combination of a management platform and mobile terminals, complete access tomobile terminal module, and ensure the safety performance as system operation. The mainwork of this paper as the following.Based on the actual needs of the police department, through a detailed analysis of thesecurity operations, this paper complete the system’s functional requirements and securityneeds. Based on the needs analysis, this paper design management platform and mobiledevices combined with the access system. The system is a more convenient and efficientsecurity access. Supported with existing business database, the system in this paper meet theneeds of police officers, which are remote access to police information resources, providingreal-time online inquiries, data collection and entry functions.The mobile terminal devices are ordinary mobile phones, smart phones/PDAs, laptopsand car terminal. This paper firstly discusses a number of mainstream authentication, useridentity protection and encryption technology and other security technologies of mobilecommunication network. On this basis, this paper design a comprehensive protection system,including network security authentication and access, network access control, securetransmission of access control, access security management, which constitute a multilevel,full range mobile access security system.The paper completes the safe measures, including the application section and the datatransmission process and access police server. The safe measure focus on the data flow canprotect every parts of the system. |
