Based On The Td-scdma/apn Police Mobile Police System Design And Implementation

The advancement of Public information technology and mobile communicationstechnology, provide the technical support and network assurance of the emergence anddevelopment of the Public Security Police Mobile. Based on the reality of publicsecurity work, the mobile communication technology, the author carried out the study ofthe mobile police system. The system, based on TD-SCDMA/APN, meets therequirements of convenience, flexibility, real-time, interactive capabilities and securityconfidentiality.Based on research of public security grass-roots front-line combat units, thedissertation analysis of the system’s functional requirements, and proposes system’sdesign and implementation. Making contributions mainly to:(1) The dissertation investigates the existing mobile police system and the use ofthe technology roadmap, and then proposes the program that Public Security PoliceMobile system consists of the Police Mobile Terminal application layer, the mobileapplication of intermediate service layer and the public security information systemlayer.(2) The author analyzes three types of mainstream3G wireless communicationtechnology, and decides to carry the TD-SCDMA mobile communications network asAPN technology to build the system of Public Security Police Mobile access privatenetwork, which is used to connect the mobile communication network and the publicsecurity internal information network.(3) The dissertation discusses current network information security technology,achieves the authentication and authorization audit of the police, physical isolationbetween the public security internal information network and the mobilecommunication network by border access, PKI/PMI and HTTPS technology, andensures that the transmission channel and data of Police mobile police system is securityand confidentiality.(4) The design achieved the system implementation process of the Public SecurityPolice Mobile. After networking test, the system has achieved the primary front-line combat police smoothly access to public security information systems and publicsecurity of information resources library, by wireless communication networks, digitalcertificate authentication and authorization audit.The mobile police system in accordance with the program, has good compatibilityand scalability. Also, it achieves the desired function parameters through the validationand testing of the system. At present, the system has officially run in the part of thepublic security system, and has a good running condition.
