In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,how to carry on reasonable cooperative management and scheduling to all departments of printing and dyeing industry,so that printing and dyeing enterprises can improve production efficiency,increase profit space,is an urgent problem to be solved in the current printing and dyeing industry.The process of cooperative management and scheduling of printing and dyeing is to organize the departments involved in the printing and dyeing production process together by establishing a feasible scheduling scheme,so that each department can effectively complete the sub-tasks in coordination.So as to ensure the smooth completion of the overall task.At present,the printing and dyeing department's schedule is still in the manual management stage,the order processing of the various processes still need to control.However,manual scheduling scheme is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also difficult to achieve optimal.In addition,all departments can only rely on dispatchers for information transmission and task allocation,resulting in low subjective initiative of business departments,poor information timeliness and high resource consumption.Scheduling problem is a typical combinatorial optimization problem,which has been studied by scholars both at here and abroad in recent years.However,few achievements have been made in collaborative management scheduling of printing and dyeing industry.Therefore,the research on this problem is of great practical significance.In order to solve the problem of poor scheduling effect of man-made cooperative management and scheduling,this paper gives the definition of printing and dyeing collaborative management scheduling problem.On the basis of considering the constraints between order and business,the mathematical model of collaborative management scheduling problem is determined.Based on the above research,a cooperative management scheduling method based on improved genetic algorithm for printing and dyeing is proposed.The scheduling algorithm of this paper employed an operation-based encoding method,interchange crossover operation and inverse transformation mutation operation.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively shorten the operation time of cooperative processing of multiple orders and improve the utilization rate of enterprise resources.In order to realize the printing and dyeing collaborative management system,the printing and dyeing business,key data and departmental interactions are abstracted into services,databases,messages,data entities,and other ArtiFlow element.The printing and dyeing collaborative management system business process based on ArtiFlow is proposed.The business process is used as the bottom logical structure of the collaborative management system.Based on the above research results,a printing and dyeing collaborative management system is designed and implemented.The system uses JavaScript and Java development language to develop the system on the IntelliJ IDEA development platform.Uses the SSM(Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis)framework structure,and uses the MySQL database,deploys on the Tomcat server.After the system code is realized,user interface test,functional test and performance test methods are adopted to test the system comprehensively.The results show that the system has high stability and high completion.
