This paper aims to set and realize a networkd contol experimental platform ofservo system which uses THBLD-1type torque motor as the controlled object. Thispaper mainly study the following aspects:Firstly, this paper introduced how the network control system developped andwhat main research results it had been got in recent years, including systemstructure and control stratay of the networked control system, the simulationplatform of software and hardware, and also the the situation of how networkcontrol laboratory has been developped, then gives the analyzes both of theiradvantages and disadvantages.Secondly, based on the NetCon network control system, paper has been set upthis servo system of THBLD-1type torque motor for speed control, and introducetwo kind of control structure under the NetCon system. Then, paper tests thecharacteristics of torque motor under the open loop way, and set the math model ofthe torque motor with the step response method. At last, use the PI control method tocontrol it and obtain the good control effect.Thirdly, on the basis of PI control, paper considerd using a networked modelpredictive control method to compensate the network delay which is easy to appearin the network. So, the paper firstly illustrate the principle of this kind of predictivecontrol and then did the simulation to verify the effectiveness of the method.Finally, put the THBLD-1type torque motor to NCSLab network controllaboratory, upload the relevant technical data and algorithm, totaly complete thecontrol process of the servo system based on WEB,users can completely do theservo control experiment by visiting the NCSLab website.
