Electro mechanical actuator(EMA)is the control mechanism of flight control system and landing gear system in the aerospace application field,which is generally needed to have the characteristics of fast response,high reliability and strong environmental adaptability.In order to achieve good dynamic response and anti-jamming performance,a set of all-digital EMA servo drive control system is designed in this thesis,which is based on digital signal processor and intelligent power module.The predictive control algorithm is used in the controller while the performance of EMA servo drive control system based on predictive control is studied.Firstly,the structure and the function of the EMA system in this thesis is introduced.The mathematical models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mechanical transmission system are established.The three loop cascade structure of vector control and space vector PWM technology are used as the overall strategy of servo drive control system.According to the principle of predictive control algorithm,the deadbeat current predictive controller including delay compensation,nonlinear compensation and parameter identification as well as the speed model predictive controller including predictive model,feedback correction and rolling optimization are designed to improve the shortcomings of traditional PI control.The effectiveness of the control scheme is verified by the simulation model of controllers and the EMA system.Afterwards,the digital control hardware circuit based on TMS320F28335 and EPM240T100C5 N as well as the power drive hardware circuit based on PM300DV1A120 are designed.The embedded software system using programming language is designed to realize the functions of fault protection and predictive control algorithm in EMA servo drive system.Finally,the test platform is designed based on the software and the hardware.The effectiveness of the EMA digital servo control drive system based on predictive control are analyzed and proven through performance tests on the platform.
