The coal industry is the basic industry of China’s national economy and socialdevelopment, and the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents in the coal mine safetybecome highly concerned about the problems of the state and society. Coal and gas outbursthave become one of the main factors restricting mine safety production. The way to processand analysis numerous gas and geological information is researched, and the aim is to sum upthe principal and conclusions for providing a valid basic decision, which is used in preventionof gas outburst. It becomes a problem to the coal mining enterprises.In this paper, the fuzzy clustering analysis in data mining is studied, and the basicprincipal of transitive closure method is researched. Besides, the basic steps of algorithm andperformance analysis are discussed. As an example, In Dashuitou Coal Mine, by selecting sixkey factors effected gas outburst, and using the weight score quantifying the index, clusteranalysis method in the transitive closure method is used to classify the working flat withsearching combinational factors of gas outburst. The conclusion is used in prevention of gasoutburst to provide reference in safety production.Based on empirical analysis, a coal mine gas information management system forDashuitou Coal Mine the actual gas geological information is designed and implemented,which is based on browser/server mode and utilizes fuzzy cluster principal to analyze andpredict the most dangerous coal face. And fuzzy clustering analysis is used as the theoreticalbasis of the module to predict coal and gas outburst. Combining geological information withassessments of staffs, there is much gas and geological information and data can be selected by the key gas outburst factors, and built the model for analysis of coal mining. Therefore,coal mining enterprises can find the possibility of accident in working flat, thus theconclusion can be prediction and ensure the enterprise with safety production.
