Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing products purchasing, the enterprise’s existing ERP system isrelatively weak for the product quality modules using and supporting. For the internationalmainstream purchasing information systems, the general solution for management ofproducts and suppliers is just simply establish a library of product information. It is lackingeffective evaluation mechanisms and qualification audit mechanisms. The business processreengineering (BPR) enterprise management mode could reform the informationmanagement of the enterprises. It utilize the qualification module of system to standardizethe operational process.This paper analyzed the common processes of the existing IPO(International PurchaseOffice), analyzed and compared quality management system(CBX system in Argos,supplier evaluation system Retail Link in Wal-Mart) of major international retailenterprises. Combined with the KSO(Kingfisher Sourcing Organization) unique productquality requirement, it make the qualification and inspection modules into the new qualitymanagement system(QMT) by using the BPR method. This article focuses on the designand development of the quality audit process(QP level) and test module. It gives taskssetting in the process of reviewing process. The tasks are standardized by the productsdefinition, risks level definition and quality process definition which should be settled insystem. Also it combined with the manual input by quality control person to jointly build.It was used to avoid final products defect rate rising caused by lack of information andhuman negligence.It has used the UML(Unified Modeling Language) tools combined with the timingdiagram, class diagram, business process diagrams during the system development to analyze business needs. Refer to the Standard of GB/T2828.3(Sampling procedures forinspection by attributes-Part3:Skip-lot sampling procedures),and it developed a uniqueRAM risk assessment system to assist the purchasing person and quality control staff tochoose the suitable vendors and products. For the low-risk products, it will relaxrestrictions of the inspection standard and sampling inspection frequency which can reducethe operation expenses. In the inspection module, it leads into the five process such as:analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and uses the measurement plan to divide the QP level,factory audit circumstances, project tracking and management, product qualitymanagement, defect prevention etc. By using target calculation, it divides into siximportant factors: inspection pass rate, on time delivery capacity, the third party inspectionrate/self-inspection rate, products silver sample/gold sample passing rate, technicaldocument integrity, progress deviation rate.After reengineer the system, uses B/S structure, internet technology and enables theoperator to get rid of offline confirmation,back and forth trivial reply also marks thesuppliers,KSO purchasing company and third-party laboratory of follow-up project underthe QMT system platform together. All data (certificate, explosive view, test reports,thethird party inspection report etc.) will be uploaded to files system through the differentintervention set classify and it improves the product information base.
