Design And Development Of Intelligent Transportation Management System For Cangzhou City

City traffic system is part of the transportation system. For all the cities, the city trafficproblem is common character and different points.Intelligent transportation system is a kind of advanced management system for publictransport, it uses the global positioning system to collect data, use geographicinformation system platform to organize the network of the public traffic, configure buslines, layout the site and recognize the grid spacing. It can also realize the centralizedautomatic dispatch to ensure the puncture of all vehicles. The electronic bus stopboard (bicycler) is used to notify the vehicle arrival time which can save passengers’travel time.In this paper, the key technological problems of intelligent transportation system in thenetwork construction and operation management were searched according to the actualsituation of Cangzhou city. First of all, the characteristics of Cangzhou public transportationsystem was investigated and analyzed from the aspects of system structure, networkconstruction, operation management etc, based on Cangzhou city public traffic. Andthe function requirement and technical features of intelligent transportation technology weresummarized. Then a detail contrast analysis or the key technology of intelligent transportationwas given f from the technology maturity, development difficulty, cost for development,operation and management costs, openness and expansibility. At last, the technical solutionof intelligent transportation system for Cangzhou transport state was proposed.
