Information age is now a reality in our life. The security of information is an important practical and theorical subject on which our country and society should attach lots of importances. Nowadays, the security of Internet information has taken the important place in our national imformation security. The very special importance of Internet information security comes from it's technological qualities. The author trys to solve the security problem of Internet imformation spreading by working over its inscapes and management. Firstly, this essay elaborated the condition and the urgency of Internet information spreading. Then the author tried to find out the source of the threatens and the way to construct the protective system. The threatens both from inside and outside the country, as well as the people's misunderstandings of Internet information security were analyzed both in the macroscopical and microscopical way. And the various important factors of the protective system of Internet information spreading were pointed out. In the view of the author, the most important part of the Internet information spreading is the guidance and control implemented by the medium, including security staffs, the awareness of information security, formed process and regulations and ramedial measures(data restoration).On the base of all the above points, we should also pay attentions to and promote the construction of the relating law systems. The essay tried to point out the urgency and the defects of China's Internet information security law systems by listing the construction in the same area of various countries in the world. Lastly, a series of solutions were given according to our national situation.
