With the development of the energy problem, power efficiency research in thepower supply research attracts concerns of all parties. Improvement and analysis cangreatly improve the overall energy efficiency of the power supply to achieve energyefficient utilization through series available techniques. Recently, soft-switchingtechnology is a hot spot in the research of power supply, though the technology is notvery mature. Parameter configurations as well as power supply designing processinvolve technologies in many areas, so mastering and utilizing the technology is still aproblem to be solved. This subject proceeding from inverter portion of power supply,researches on the control strategies. The subject is based on pspice simulation debugconcerning long time of design circle on power supply hardware debugging. The resultsthat comparison of simulation and experimental results speeding up the progress of thestudy has reference value on the actual product development research.The research mainly as follows:(1) research status of switching power supply;(2)overview on soft-switching topologies of full-bridge switching power supply workingprinciples and its advantages and disadvantages, the topologies are as follows: ZVS,ZVZCS, ZCS;(3) a pspice simulation experiment platform is established based onZVZCS, specifically including pulse output of the control chip and main circuitparameters, and analysis of simulation results;(4) basing on the simulation platform, arelated circuit program is developed and a hardware development platform includingdevice parameters design and choosing is established as well as verifying referencepoint waveforms and making improvements. The subject is based on TI UCC3895chipto control, and the main pulses control and feedback control circuit is designedconcerning UCC3895reference. At the same time there are two parts for circuitprotection, which including feedback for over current control and voltage regulatorprotections.
