The design of Phase Shift Resonant Communication Switching Power is the requirement of Dong Fang Electric Faicility Plant. Phase Shift Resonant Communication Switching Power means that the charging model of the Communication Switching Power operates in a Phase Shift Resonant manner,and it is a new kind of Switching Power using PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) technique and Resonant technique.This kind of Switching Power Supply can make the Power Switching operate in a Zero Voltage turning -on or Zero Current turning -off manner by the parasitic capacitance of the Power Switching or the parallel capacitance resonate with the resonate inductance or the leakage inductance of the transformer eliminating the switching losses of the Power Switching,improving switching frequency.Compared with the conventional Hard-Switching Power Supply,this one have a smaller volume,weight and low wastage,higher frequency,power density and efficiency.So it is the new technique that the factories try their best to research on without considering cost.The main circuit of the design in this article we used is FB ZVS PWM DC/DC Converter,Full Bridge Zero Voltage Switching Pulse Width Modulation DC/DC Converter,which is a full bridge circuit composed of four Power Switches using resonance to implement Zero Voltage when turning-on or turning -off. The requirements are the following:(1) Input voltage:220 Vac;(2) Output voltage:48 Vdc;(3) Output current:20 Adc;(4) Switching frequency:80kHz;(5) Operated frequency of APFC:100kHzThe simulated software Pspice 7.1 realizes simulation research of the main circuit,and the simulated result of key waveforms in the main circuit is introduced.The printed circuit board is made and fixed,debugged according to the principlethat have been mentioned above.The operating waveforms of the sample is tested,and the result is correct compared with the theory,it identity the experimental circuit is correct too,so this experiment is a basement for the future research.
