Zero-Voltage-Switching Phase-Shifed-Full-Bridge (ZVS-PSFB) is famous for its high efficiency and reliability, so it is widely used in high power SMPS. The48V/80A ZVS-PSFB power is presented in this dissertation. Also, its digital control design and its simulation research are included.Firstly, the development of the SMPS are introduced in this dissertation. Five topologies commonly used in high power applications, digital power’s characteristics and prospects are described. Then, basic theories such as the12working mode, the lagging leg’s soft-switching, the duty ratio loss, etc, are analyzed in depth. The difficulties of3kinds of magnetic components design are summarized. Also their formula derivations, magnetization curves, principle analyses, design attentions are shown. Temperature rise and loss problem of the magnetic components are discussed, the corresponding calculation formula are given.Based on the Saber simulation software, on the one hand, voltage loop compensation is finished, which is commonly used in SMPS systems. Bode plots of the LC filter, the PWM and the sampling divider are shown. And the target is finally realized by the error amplifier’s Type Ⅱ compensation. On the other hand, the simulation of the48V/80A power is confirmed. Waveforms and results are shown,which are similar to the test ones, which proves the correctness of the whole design and improves the understanding of the ZVS PSFB.The design of48V/80A communication power is presented. Power conversion unit, analog control unit and digital management unit are included in the whole structrue, and the first unit is emphasized. The experimental waveforms and results are shown in the end, and the target of the ZVS design under1/3full load condition is realized.At last, the500W digital PSFB power is designed. The keys in the digital design, such as the PI algorithm, the isolation design and the control strategy are summarized. Also, the experimental waveforms and results are shown in the end.
