In recent years, with the vigorous development of modern logistics in china,the concept ofCold-chain and Cold-chain logistics have been accepted by people.The transportation ofCold-chain involves cargo in different fields which have different requirements on temperatureand vehicle configuration.So Cold-chain enterprises need to lower the loss and improveefficiency to achieve perfect performance.Based on the logistics network,the long-distancemonitoring project of cold-chain could build up the data platform for enterprises and improve thequality of transportation and management level.Therefore, the research has its great significanceand wide application prospects.After the deeply analysis to the situation of the subject in the dissertation,several keydeveloping technologies are concluded,such as.NET development environment,C#developmentlanguage,ADO database access technology.Aiming at the requirements of the subject,the wholeframe is first designed.Setting design goal,analyzing overall demand of system includingfeasibility and functionality,clearing the situation and steps of exploration based on mixed modeof B/S and C/S are all laying the foundation for exploration of platform.This dissertationintroduces login page,functions and images display according to the design of seven functionalsection,including six modules in C/S part,such as enterprise management module and the gridmanagement module,also Waybill query module in B/S part.A chaos encryption algorithm for the datainformation’s security between the server and terminal equipment.Also the dissertation primarilydescribes two windows software which are used to develop the sever side,furtherly forwards thekey technics in the system and its program code.Finally through test,the system is proved towork well.The system uses GPRS network and self-defined TCP/IP protocol to solve customers’requirements for real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity,and also achieves remotecontrol as the third party of logistics through the Socket communication technology.The BaiduAPI is successfully called to view the route.The application of chaotic stream cipher encryptionalgorithms based on logistic mapping in data transmission is proposed.Based on the backgroundof information development,the system which is called transportation management andinformation platform for cold-chain logistics,is a cooperative development with China packagingresearch and test center in Tianjin.With the wide-spread of logistics network,the use of networkfor remote monitoring is the inevitable result of network technology and long-distancemonitoring rechnology.
