With the development of social economy,people's demand for radio and television products and services continue to improve,promote the continuous development of the Internet and applications,"triple play" has deepened,making between the radio and television companies increasing competition,with the homogenization of product increasing,service has become the enterprise competition of radio and television the main means of the establishment of the customer service oriented marketing strategy has become an important problem in the radio and television enterprises pay close attention to at present.This paper mainly from the angle of service marketing,the research on Guizhou radio and television service marketing strategy.In economics,marketing,management and other related disciplines of knowledge,by the method of literature research,focus on the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research method to analyze the service marketing theory of 7Ps;based on the brief introduction of Guizhou radio and television on the starting from the 7Ps analysis of the current situation of the service marketing strategy,and points out the main problems and reasons;for five competitive forces model analysis and SWOT comprehensive analysis on Guizhou radio and television marketing environment,in order to clear the service marketing competition environment;then put forward Guizhou And specific ideas of service marketing strategy optimization,and from 7Ps' s product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy,tangible demonstration strategy,process control strategy and other aspects put forward the service marketing combination strategy,optimize and improve the organization and personnel from the internal mechanism,put forward to protect.Corresponding measures of resources and other aspects,to ensure the optimization of the Guizhou radio and television service marketing strategy can be implemented effectively.This study for the guidance of Guizhou radio and television in the future to implement service marketing strategies to improve their competitiveness has certain practical significance.
