The Internal Management System Of Enterprise Based On B_S Architecture

With the development of China’s geographic information infrastructure, surveying andmapping industry has been from the professional-oriented departments, areas of expertise andprofessional services turned to social services for the general public, surveying and mappingapplications are also expanding and diversifying. But with the business development ofsurveying and mapping enterprise, the expansion of project number, and previous manualmanagement mode is difficult to adapt, thus it greatly hinders the production efficiency andmanagement benefit of enterprise. So in order to improve operational efficiency and enhancecompetitiveness of the enterprise itself, mapping enterprise should be supported byinformation system to achieve multi-project management, the dynamic tracking of the projectand global master of the project operation and management.This paper combined with the needs of small and medium-sized Surveying andMapping enterprise internal management, analyzed features of existing development modeland platform, and then proposed the ASP.NET development platform which is strongadaptability and good compatibility, and combined with the widely used SQL Server2008tocarry out based on B/S structure of small and medium-sized Surveying and Mappingenterprise internal management system design and development. In the design anddevelopment process of the entire system, the following results were obtained:1. This paper use C#language code to achieve the detailed design of the top tenmodules, including project management, contract management, project final accounts,customer management, equipment management, personnel management, financialmanagement, regulatory documents, transaction scheduling and system management. It cannot only provide project management platform to employee, but also improve employee’swork efficiency and collaboration capabilities.2. It has a comprehensive analysis of various methods of user permission, andcombines with the requirements and characteristics of this system, to propose operationmodule permission setting, project group permission setting and enterprise accountpermission, guaranteeing the security of the system to use. And the system can separately set the permission of enterprise employee, synchronize the actual management mode in theenterprise management system with meeting the actual situation of enterprise projectmanagement, to realize the true value of the management system.3. This paper uses iTextSharp report technology to realize different types of reportsrequired to download and print functions during the project management.It can improve theproject statistical capacity, save the time of making the report, unify and standardize reportformat, greatly improve the level of project management.4. According to the needs of enterprises, in order to realize the project processmanagement, employees must be strict accordance with the workflow to implement project.Standardized project process management make it easier for project managers to track theprogress of the project, monitor project completion time and improve the efficiency ofbusiness operations.5. With the secure network deployment, system realizes the domain name to visit theweb site, and ensures the secure, stable, effective running of system.
