Mechanism of SEMI-COKE as one kind of new carbon material is getting more andmore applications. Mechanism of SEMI-COKE production logistics system plays a vital rolein the production and processing of the mechanism of SEMI-COKE. The rationality of thesystem not only affect the mechanism of SEMI-COKE production efficiency, also have greatinfluence on the quality of the product.This thesis is mainly study the northern Shan’xi of SEMI-COKE production status ofcorporate entities. The mechanism of SEMI-COKE production and logistics system in thecontrol systems and vibration screening system has been improved, mainly improve in termsof their technical and structural. The control system uses a hierarchical configuration ofredundant control system. At last, we apply a new hierarchical configuration redundantcontrol technology. The main control system of PLC use of Siemens S7-400series, Throughcomparative analysis use of the software configuration of redundant technology, redundantsystems established and the preparation of the corresponding control procedures. The addressof the PLC and other devices is allocated and created a connection. We realize the remotemonitoring function to the Alarm and other interface.In the vibration screening systems, we improve the ordinary vibrating screen and developthe equal thickness circular vibrating screen. Equal thickness technology applied to theordinary sieve. The original conventional screens structural improvements, the whole plane ofScreen surface improved the three-stage structure. Combination of equal thickness sievingtechnology, the main parameters of the screening equipment design. The improved sieveworking efficiency is higher than normal sieve. Finally, we get simulation parameters tothrough dynamic simulation. On the improvement of the structure, we ultimately improvescreening efficiencsy and ensure the quality of screening. The ultimate guarantee of thereliability and efficiency of the entire system.
