3D printing is a new kind of advanced manufacturing technology,it integrates machinery,electronics,optics,material science,computer and other new technology of multiple disciplines,the scope of its application in national defense,medical,aerospace,education,automotive,construction and other fields and gradual deepening.Unlike traditional materials,3D printing is a kind of additive manufacturing.3D technology already has many branches,among which melt deposition forming technology is popular because of its advantages of simple equipment and clean environment.This article mainly aims at the pretreatment process of fused deposition molding technology research,including 3D printing common STL file format file structure and read,determine the thickness of layered hierarchical algorithm,scan filling path planning and so on several parts.In the STL file,there are multiple triangles sharing one vertex,and the improved reading algorithm can effectively eliminate duplicate data and improve reading efficiency.Molding parts surface quality is affected by step effect,effect can be reduce by lowering the layer thickness,layer thickness is too small will affect the forming efficiency,the comprehensive analysis of the existing thick layered algorithm and adaptive layered algorithm on the basis of,such as for thick layered algorithm,is put forward based on the local topology information of triangles in two-way order layered algorithm;For adaptive layered algorithm,this paper analyzes the common area change rate and perimeter rate based adaptive layered model algorithm and retention characteristics of adaptive layered algorithm based on volume,based on their advantages and disadvantages based on local topology information of triangles in two-way order hierarchical algorithm,this paper proposes a new adaptive layered algorithm is analyzed and the key steps.For scanning fill path planning for both forming efficiency and forming quality,on the basis of analyzing the basic scan mode and its algorithm,the partition scanning padding and contour offset scan filling the problems such as offset contours intersect,cut a ring decomposition algorithm is proposed for contour section partition,concave polygon convex decomposition algorithm was improved.In the division scan filling,on the basis of introducing the concept of variable wire wide scan,according to the basic principle of scanning fill path planning is put forward based on the contour offset method and wide the new filling scan mode.
