As the core in a SMT production line,the number of owned mounter and its advanceddegree has become the capacity of electronic manufacturing index to judge an enterprise,aregion and a state.There are hundreds of types of mounters in market,but most of them used inlarge or medium-sized enterprises.To make the mounter universalness,we put forward amounter to face the small and medium-sized enterprise and individual,the main contents areas follows:Firstly,the overall structure design the mounter which faces the small and medium-sizedenterprise and individual.To model the main parts and assemble in UG,We use stepper motorto drive synchronous belt for transmission,which can meet the accuracy requirements viacalculating.Secondly,as the key point of this essay,we design a heterogeneous multi-core PAC whichhas self-owned intellectual property rights and can be used for two states:independent stateand combined state.In independent state the motion controller has the following functions: thecontrol of4stepper motors,the control of2servo motors,the feedback of4encoders,the inputof16special signals and the common interface of download and communication,such asJTAG, USB, SPI, CAN and485;In combined state,the host and the slave can switch to eachother through the user-defined SPI bus if you connect external I/O mainboard and simulationmainboard,so the PAC can satisfy different requirements and as the extension development ofthe motion controller.In the PAC hardware design,the main signal of control andcommunication of all the mainboard are isolated by photoelectricity to protect the maincontrol chip.In the PAC software part,we design the test interface using for controlling themotion of stepper motor,which has the following functions,the test interface can realize theconstant and quick oint movement,sudden stop and recover of all the axis,we develop thefunction library of motion control,via calling the function you can finish programming simplyand control all the axises.Lastly,the essay has designed the visual system of mounter. Using OpenCV to processthe photo of SMD and the position of the PCB board,So we can get the outline of the chip,then the location and the angle information will feed back to controller throughcalculating,the controller will send orders to make all the axises finish the appointedmovement and finish the process of pick and place.
