Desktop-mounter is is a kind of processing equipment used in welding,mounting and other industries.The accuracy and efficiency of mounting are important indexes to judge the quality of mounting system.In the pursuit of the accuracy and efficiency of the SMT system by major manufacturers,the problem of higher production cost also follows.On the premise of reducing costs,developing a SMT motion control system with higher mounting accuracy and efficiency will greatly improve the competitive strength of enterprises in the SMT market.According to the characteristics of desktop-mounter,this thesis designs a motion control system of desktop-Mounter based on ARM controller after analyzing the development status of Mounter at home and abroad and the technical research in related fields.The main work is as follows:1.Under the premise of development proficiency and cost reduction,the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is designed as the chip desktop-mounter control system.The overall implementation scheme of the desktop-mounter control system is designed and the functional module hardware circuit is designed.2.The trapezoidal speed planning algorithm commonly used in the placement machine system is analyzed.Considering the characteristics of the stepping motor,the corresponding torque is output at each frequency of the stepping motor,so that the motor runs at the maximum acceleration.The acceleration and deceleration algorithm based on the characteristics of stepping motor is designed,and the combined speed is planned to improve the maximum speed of the placement head.Then,according to the running characteristics of the machine head from the starting position to the target position,the digital integral linear interpolation algorithm is adopted to ensure that the head moves at the same speed and makes it run along the shortest path between the two points,the synchronous operation of two motion axes is realized.3.The desktop-mounter motion control system software is compiled,including main function and signal processing function,placement function,linear interpolation algorithm function,speed planning function and manual debugging function.The upper computer software operation interface was designed on the PC side,and the upper computer software was used to interact with the controller,and the overall motion function of the system was debugged.Finally,the paper summarizes the contents of the full text,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the overall control system,and looks forward to the future update direction of the placement machine control system.
