The motor will be used to change electrical energy into mechanical energyinorder to drive the working mechines in power transmission system, the powertransmission system has become the main engine of industrial application, in themodern industry, with the increasing attention people pay to productionsecurity,energy saving and emission reduction, there are more and more researches forFault diagnosis and energy conservation of power transmission equipments.it containsa lot of equipment running status information, It is useful for analysising of energyconsumption and fault diagnosis of power transmission system through real-timeacquisition, storage, and transmission the three phase electrical signals,so as to realizethe digital signal acquisition and monitoring, The three-phase electrical powertransmission equipment real-time acquisition system is designed based on signalreal-time transmission and the amount of data transmission, integrated the advantagesand shortcomings of all kinds of data acquisition system, and connecting with thepractical problems encountered in this project research.such as the three-phase electrical signal acquisition circuit, signal processingcircuit, the embedded large capacity data storage module and the USB communicationmodule is designed on the hardware circuit. The NI-VISA is configured to USBdriver to complete the data reception. The signals is acquired by hall sensor in thehypogyny machine hardware circuit, the high frequency interference is filted out byfilter circuit, through the limiter circuit protection, and finally through the rectifiercircuit into embedded AD sampling system, aiming at the high settng of sampling rate the paper specifically,the development of program based on ARM STM32microprocessor,large capacity SD card program and USB communication program toaccomplish the signal collection, storage and transmission,finally with the cooperat ingof upper machine software to test the whole acquisition system and practicalapplication, the test including the phase frequency characteristics of signal, filteringfeatures, the heating effect of the PCB, waveform transmission, error analysis, etc., theresults show that the designed three-phase electrical signal data acquisition system canaccurately obtain three-phase electrical signals, under the high sampling rate, they cansave and transmit the reliable data to the LabVIEW software for subsequent analysis,the design have reached the purpose of the present, it will provides a reliable hardwareand software support as the research based on the three-phase electrical powertransmission power equipment fault diagnosis and optimization.
