This ground test equipment is a special test equipment designed for data record device. Itmainly used for testing the performance and the reliability of the data recorder. It is anintegrative and automatic test equipment that intergrates the function of signal generation,data receiveing and analysis, and condition monitoring and other functions. It is designedprimarily to achieve to test data recorder automaticly and intelligently. And it can provide thetest evidence quickly in the process of development, production and maintenance of the datarecorder.Different from the traditional ground test equipment, this design is used STM32as themain control chip. This design makes full use of the advantage of STM32, such as low-power,highly integrated, abundant peripheral and so on. STM32have integrated lots of internalresources and numerous Peripheral such as Flash、ADC、DAC、SPI and temperature sensorect.. The circuit is designed by using the functions to simplify the external circuit design,reduce development costs, and improve the reliability and stability of the equipment.After analyzing the requirements for data recorder test equipment technology andresearching the functions and characteristics of STM32, we determine the total design of thetest equipment. This thesis analyses the demand in two aspects of hardware and software,determine the function of each module and the working principle, and then introduces thehardware and software design of each module and the working process. In this thesis wefocuses on elaborate the source function, internal and external temperature acquisition, dataread-back function, alarm function and so on, and at the same time, do a detailed introductionof the upper computer interface and functions in detail. We can confirm the correctness and feasibility of the design by the upper computer testand the hardware circuit test. The test results prove that this design can meet the basicrequirements of ground test equipment, and able to accomplish the test for the performanceand the reliability of the data recorder.
