Research And Implementation Of Population Management Information System Based On SOA

With the development of software technology, especially the emergence of Web services, a new developing method of service-oriented software system-SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is proposed and rapidly developed. SOA is a software architecture regarded as the most promising development goal, and can help IT organizations meet complex challenges. SOA is application architecture, but it is also a method of building a distributed system. All functions are defined as independent services with specific callable interfaces, and these services can form a business processes in a defined order. SOA can eliminate the problems due to different protocols and platforms to achieve the seamless integration of applications.This study is based on the need of population management informatization standards and norms in SOA, and the design and analysis of service-oriented software architecture. It focused on the design of SOA-based population management information system. Database adopted the relational database SQL SERVER2008, adopted Microsoft’s latest, most advanced platform based on Microsoft Net Framework environment to build, and the three tier structure distributed system with B/S and C/S combination was achieved. Loose coupling between the distributed arrangement and service unit makes system performance and functionality very easy to extend. The use of Web services also enhances security of the system. According to the above,the SOA-based population management information system was developed. The system is easy to operate, and has strong motility greatly improving the Heilongjiang Province, population management information transmission, data accuracy and timeliness. The cost of report submission decreases while the work efficiency and economic effectiveness increase. For providing an accurate figure for leaders at all levels to make decisions, it has great practical value and worth to expand.Finally, this paper through the system test system shows that the basic achieve the desired goals, reduce the management cost and improve the efficiency of the population management, to provide the population management of advanced information technology and high quality information service, and accelerate the pace of China’s population management information, to adapt to the pace of the rapid population growth in China.
