With the development of the shipbuilding industry, the shipbuilding industry hasreceived more and more attention. But shipbuilding is inefficient, shipbuilding hourstotal consumption large become the main problem of shipbuilding enterprises,shipbuilding duration too long will cause human, material consumption cost too much,how to shorten the duration of shipbuilding, ship industrial development has become animportant issue.Manufacturing platform as the object, through the study on the status of domesticand foreign shipbuilding, raising the utilization of shipbuilding platform is more andmore important, it can effectively shorten the duration and cost for businessesdevelopment and enhance competitiveness. Hope to design effective solutions segmentmanufacturing platform resource scheduling approach.manufacturing platform resourcescheduling needs to consider the concrete placement of the activity, which is differentfrom previous studies of resource-constrained project scheduling problem.Through in-depth analysis of the problem, the use of resource-constrained projectscheduling problem and packing problem to solve the two dimensionalresource-constrained project scheduling problem. Resource-constrained projectscheduling problem can resolve priorities of activities, packing problem can resolve thespecific placement of activities. Combined with resource-constrained project schedulingproblem and three-dimensional best-fit algorithm is proposed to method of platformresource scheduling, this method can get the initial solution. In order to achieve the goalto shorten the duration, using iterative local search on the basis of the initial solution toimprove.Designed platform based resource scheduling method for a concrete examplesimulation, the initial solution was27, improved solution is25, indicating the feasibilityand effectiveness of the design method. The design of platform resource schedulingmethod used in shipbuilding enterprises to be verified, put the shipbuildingenterprise-specific data into the program, the results are accurate, and the running timeis short, the plan come out quickly. The application results show that the proposedmethod is practical.
