Digital manufacturing process determines the digital manufacturing resources have the characteristics of distribution and share. These resources are distributed in geographical location. At the same time in order to complete the production, enterprises do not only need the manufacturing resources they want, but also need other resources not want. Therefore, resources should be fully shared; sharing is the purpose of digital manufacturing resource management. The grid provides a mechanism for sharing and coordination which can gather the heterogeneous, dynamic, geographical distribution of resources to a united system to achieve resources comprehensive sharing and coordination. This paper wants to unit these two systems as their own specialties, to complete a digital manufacturing resources system on the grid system.This paper introduces the meaning of sharing and the trend of development of the Digital Manufacturing Resource, and the research of environment and the main structure of grid, and focus on the structure and function of GlobusToolkit4. It contributes a digital manufacturing resource model on GT4 platform, and deploys the manufacturing resources service on grid system. Research on the manufacturing grid resource scheduling technology and the experiments of their respective merits; improve a cost-time scheduling algorithm.Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process, research on the whole process of manufacturing resources with the static and dynamic scheduling problem, put forward the solutions of dynamic resources scheduling, introduce the detail of entire process of resource scheduling. Design a simulation test of digital manufacturing resource scheduling system to test the theory. First deploy a series of GT4 manufacturing resource services, and deploy the manufacturing resource scheduling services on grid system. Users get the resources path information of entire manufacturing process using manufacturing resource scheduling services, in accordance with this information to find resources. Use resource reservation mechanism to solve the problem of dynamic resource. Resource scheduling services will get the whole manufacturing resources at one time in accordance with the time-cost algorithm, generate resources path. In every manufacturing step, users can find resource with the resources path. If users can not reach the resource they need, they should request a new resource path from this step. At the same time establish user information of resources path in the manufacturing resource scheduling server, so as to facilitate other users of the information of queue in resources. So when user request resource scheduling services once again, update the information.Through simulation tests, prove that the system of resource model and dynamic manufacturing resource scheduling is strong and extensible. Users can find a reasonable and effective manufacturing resource to complete manufacturing process.
