Research for intelligent control based on fieldbus is the focus in current time in thefield of automatic control, CAN bus because of its significant features, such as thesystem’s openness, interoperability and interoperability of intelligent field devices andfunctions autonomy, high degree of dispersion of the structure of the system, on-siteenvironmental adaptability, is becoming an important direction in the application of theautomatic control system. This paper focuses on how structuring electro-hydraulicproportional control system based on CAN bus, designing of new digitalelectro-hydraulic proportional amplifier, making the control signals of electro-hydraulicproportional control system transmitting in both directions, both centralized monitoringand control, and decentralized control in the field, meet the requirements of moderndevelopment in the field of automatic control.The main works include: On the foundation of the research results at home andabroad, bring forward the model of electro-hydraulic proportional control system basedon CAN bus; CAN bus protocol and structure and PLC were studied; Combined withthe characteristics of single chip system, set PID control algorithm; Microcontroller asthe center of digital electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier is designed for running inthe SCM system intelligent control algorithm; Electric liquid control system has beensimulation analysised, with simulation technology.According to the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology developmentneeds, focus on building a electro-hydraulic proportional control system based on CANbus, digitized electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier design and other preliminarywork. These work from the establishment of a set of adaptation industrial field ofautomatic control system, there is a large gap, remains to be studied further in thefuture.
