| The researches on digital proportional control amplifier are today's main branches of electromechanical technology. They have important value of both theoretic research and industrial application. In this paper, by analyzing and summarizing a lot of internal and external documents, the state and developments of digital proportional control amplifier are described, and a programmable digital proportional control amplifier based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) is presented, which has high reliability, good control performance, low cost and energy-saving.Based on some other scholars' researches, aims at improving the disadvantages and deficiencies of traditional proportional control amplifier, this paper used high-speed DPS, and has developed a digital proportional control amplifier based on DSP. Via using the DSP controller, PWM anti-unloading power amplifier and using software replacing hardware circuits, the total performance in steady and dynamic states of proportional control amplifier has greatly improved.This thesis covers seven sections as follows:The first chapter introduces the recent developments and some difficult problems on proportional control amplifiers, and the subject of the thesis is determined.The second chapter gives a detailed description on the structure and theory of the programmable proportional control amplifier based on DSP. The third chapter presents a hardware design of the programmable proportional control amplifier based on DSP. A high-speed digital DSP TMS320F2812 is chose as CPU. Then, gives the detailed designs of the power circuit, the clock circuit, the A/D circuit, the D/A circuit, the SCI circuit and the I/O circuit.The fourth chapter concerns the software design of the programmable proportional control amplifier based on DSP. In the convenient developing environment of Code Composer Studio, the initializing program, the A/D program, the SCI program and the signal control grogram are accomplished by C programming language. And by using VC, a GUI is built on PC.The fifth chapter introduces some anti-jamming technologies used in the system.In the sixth chapter, with the help of the hardware and software, several experiments are performed upon the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.Chapter seven generalizes the work of this project and gives some suggestion of the further researches on the basis of research achievement already made. |
