With the increasing demand for coal of our country, the pressure for coal mineenterprise safety management is also increasing.Safety management depends on the accuratedecision-making and an accurate decision-making comes from the security of information.So the coal mine safety information management has become an important research directionin today’s coal mine safety management. Although in recent years the investment in safety ofcoal mining enterprises has increased, there still remains problems to be solved. Eg thedesign of safety management information system is not reasonable, system is fragmented,and repeated investment.The research object is coal mine safety management information system in the spaper.First of all, the theoretical basis of this article is the related theories and methods at home andabroad. Second, through visiting survey and research analysis of the Pingdingshan Coal MineGroup, the papper highlights a series of security problems in the safety managementinformation system. Furthermore, integrated analysis refers to several perspectives, such asfunctional requirements, application demand, economic demand and business process, dataanalysis.Finally, it put forward the security management information system architecturedesign and future prospect of coal mine safety management information system.Safety management information system, which could make coal mining enterprisesreduce operating post and improve work efficiency and ensure the production safety, also canavoid resource waste and duplication of investment. In this paper, the research of coal minesafety management information system is to help the scientific analysis of the safetyinformation of coal mining enterprises and the effective management. It provides thetheoretical reference for the safety production in the coal mine enterprises.
