The Research On Management Information System Of Safety Technical Measures On Coalface Of Longhu Coal Mine

Security is the fundamental guarantee of stable, sustainable and efficient development for a coal mine enterprise. Safety problem has been the most important event in coal production. Recently, however, coal mine accidents occurred occasionally, which became a serious problem in coal production and safety management. The main causes of the accidents are insufficient investment in safety production, imperfect safety facilities and so on. Lacking of safety technical measures of coalface is also a key reason of the accidents. With the rapid development of informatization, the application of information management system has improved the self-management level of the enterprises, offered help on making scientific decision and correct policy. While safety management by using information technology can also improve the safety management level.According to the demands of LongHu coal mine, the paper established a management information system of safety technical measures of coalface. During the development of the system, the paper made static and dynamic analysis on the system by using PowerBuilder9.0 as foreground development tool, SQL Server2000 as background database tool, object-oriented analysis method, UML as modeling language, Rational Rose as the modeling tool, Which has achieved the functions of establishing, approving, inserting, deleting, modifing, inquiring and printing. The system has achieved informatization, speed and standardization of safety technology measures of coalface, guaranteed its quality and efficiency, and improved safety management level of the coal mine.
