In this context, the library community is also undergoing enormous changes.The library has been user-centric as part of its basic service concept, improve usersatisfaction is the core content of library work and services, it has been the main goalof the library development to pursuit equality of information openness, freedom ofaccess. In order to meet users the most convenient, maximize the information needsfrom the constraints of time, space, and other factors, combined with wireless networksand mobile terminals, library mobile information services theory and applicationresearch emerged.
