Law-based Through The Media Confrontation: The New Model Of Safeguard The Rights Of Grassroots People

With the focus events increasing, the communication between the Government and thegrassroots people is barrier. Unequal social status made the grassroots society otfenfrustrated. Prolonged process of petition and mental torture by interests can’t berecovered both made the Chinese grassroots society easier to take iferce resistancetactics,"self-immolation" appears in their rights behaviors. Tragedy cases made bothdamage to interests of the Government and the grassroots people.This article embarks from the sociological study, divide the exciting study aboutgrassroots people stand for their rights into two types: One is legal tools, it means thepeople use legal tools in rights protection activities. This way of ifghting took a longtime, but effect is small. Most of the grassroots people are forced to continue theirmovements by this. The other is rely on the external conditions to contend，it meansuse with externa] ways to resist their rights and interests, such as disease, body, life.Use this way of fighting, the effect is remarkable, but the people suffer great losses.It can’t be used by the most of them. The limits of both two types of ifghting waysmake the people struggling. The emergence of Microblogging provides a new way ofinformation communication between the grassroots people and the government. Forthe grassroots, the advantages of this new way is to break the limitation of region，low threshold and require less. For the government, through the platformMicroblogging, they can not only relieve pressure from public opinion, but also cantimely and stable to ensure the effective communication between them and thepeople. Therefore, the grassroots people by using Microblogging to break throughthe conifne of the above two types of fighting, and ifnd a suitable new path. In thispaper, we find out the success of three typical incidents with the aid of Microblogs，and put forward a new model“Law-based through the media confrontation”，with theaid of the new pattern to realize the benign interaction between the government andthe grassroots people.
