In recent years, the reality show is popular all around the world, it has played a very important role in the battle of striving for the TV rating. And with the obtained progress of technology and the accumulation of experience and lessons about making TV show, the experiential TV reality show has been exploded and become new-favorite, continuing the development toward the depth direction. The TV media staffs also do positive effect on this convert in media field. More and more experts start to pay attention to the research of TV program making, innovation and long-term development.This subject is chosen by myself according to the internship experience. The paper will try to use basic elements to do the detailed narrative analysis about the experiential TV reality show "The laddett to the lady" in Guangxi Province, like analyzing the literature by basing on the way of describing and illustration. The first and second part in this paper is related to the brief summary of narrative and reality show’s rising, development and classification, which also definite the experiential reality show, and revealing the reason why choose this case as an example.The third part is about the narrative elements like subject, mode, circumstance, clue, content and cause, making use of these to analysis the case "the laddett to the lady". The forth part of this paper is offer narrative proposals about making TV reality show.The paper will supplement the case research of TV reality show in Guangxi Province, which also bring forth new ideas about TV reality show’s reform, such as building the core value, combining the regional characteristics of TV reality show and so on.
