Professional journalists carry out multiple roles as soon as he was born. From the originator of modern newspaper literates begin to discuss political commentary. Reporter groups hope to change the world by remarks, express one’s mind directly, and talk to political views by which they take the social responsibility of the dissemination of information and educating citizens. With the introduction of the concept of Western news, a lot of newspaper people began exploring the law of the News Business and wanted to create a neutral professional image by shaping the impartial image. Today reporters’ major roles include "we" who represent official endorsement,"Ⅰ" who represent elite position and "the reporter" which mean objective and neutral person in news narratives. In the coverage of a disaster, we can see many reporters dislocation such as bureaucratic News, imbalance of news protagonist lacking of humane care and persuading economic interests blindly which rooted in unawareness of their role is unclear, and they can not find the best equilibrium between the multi-roles. By jointing efforts we want to achieve the best propagation effects and social effects of real comprehensive and objective news.Based on the application of narratology in the dissemination, the paper classified and defined the multiple narrative role of the reporters, analyzed the problems caused by the positioning, performance and dislocation of these three types of roles in disaster reports by using text analysis method, analyzed that the role of the reporters could influence the success or failure of reports through a representative case named "Seven two three" accident, and proposed coping strategy to solve the problems.
