The control system of paper-yarn compounding bag-making machine researched anddeveloped by a packaging company implemented automatic production of paper-yarncompounding bag-making process, featured by green and environmental protection. However,many problems are exposed in the actual production applications of paper-yarn compoundingbag-making machine, such as: it does’t have the function of multi-color printing, printingspecifications is fixed, tension is no constant, paper tape runs deviation, the automatic degreeof printing is low, ect. With the rapid development of production technology in the packagingindustry and the increasing improvement of the user’s desire for the quality of packaging bags,how to solve the above problem, so as to simplify operation steps, improve productionefficiency and automatic degree in order to meet a wide range of processing requirements, hasbecome an important direction and urgent requirement of the development of paper-yarncompounding packaging bags production enterprise.Aiming at the shortage of existing paper-yarn compounding bag-making machine, thisthesis designs a set of control system for paper-yarn compounding bag-making and printingmachine, adding automated flexo printing system to the existing system of paper-yarncompounding bag-making machine, to improve product quality and degree of automation andimplement the completion of bag making and printing on one machine, so would to be with awide application prospects. The main works of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, this thesis introduces the overall structure of paper-yarn compoundingbag-making and printing machine, functions of each part and control objects, and ultimatelydetermines the control scheme according to the production process and the functionalrequirements of the control system.Secondly, the hardware for this control system is designed with S7-200PLC as thecontrol core. It mainly includes the selection of the sensor, the design of the main circuit andthe control circuit of the control system, the design of wiring diagram of the inverter and theservo system. Servo system could accurately locate by using position control mode, andcompletes the delivery of fixed-length of pre-printed paper bags, and achieves matching thespeed of making and printing. Using separate tension control device and correctiveinstitutions ensures the accuracy of paper bags, and improves production efficiency andproduct quality.Then, on the basis of hardware design, system software is designed. According to therequirements of production process of paper-yarn compounding bag-making and printingmachine, the control program of weft density, the temperature of the glue groove, printing, the pressurization of the pressure roller and the cutter, is devised based on the modularprogrammable thought.Finally, according to the design specification of control cabinet and operation desk,combined with the composition of electrical control system and the requirements ofproduction field, control cabinet and control panel is designed by using the SolidWorks—Solid modeling software.
