Research And Analysis On The Test Paper Management System Of Nanchang Institute Of Technology

It has been a long time that the examination paper management of Nanchang Institute of Technology rests on the stage of artificial operation management. There are hundreds of final exam courses each time. To finish so many examination papers’management of making examination paper, handing in examination paper, checking and printing examination paper, the original manual operation can not adapt to the needs of examination paper management of the current examination. Therefore, the examination paper’s management needs to establish an examination paper management system. The examination paper management system is a new platform for effective communication among Office of Academic Affairs, each institute and each office of teaching and research. It can notify things in place, omit intermediate link and solve delayed problems caused by not notified timely.The paper introduced the research background, the significance of project, the current status of research and its application in Test Paper Management System in Nanchang Institute of Technology, which clarified the main content and work presented in the paper. In the analysis of professional work, the paper analyzes mainly about the problems of system, organization, the original professional process, and gives the transformed professional process. Moreover, in the part of function analysis, through the case analysis, the author uses case description, clarify the functions of the system and then give the overall function of the system and its detailed functions, which including the notification of paper, handing over papers, reviewing papers, test paper printed management, querying statistics, system management module etc. In data analysis, the data which function of each the system needed was analyzed in the paper. The entity class diagram is given, as well as the establishment of the database table structure; finally the paper has carried on the summary to the research and analysis work, and the further work is prospected. The research and analysis of examination paper management system is beneficial to improve office efficiency and save the cost of office. Achieving paperless office plays an important role in modern office.
